Trade Customers

If you have a shop, market stall, are a healer practitioner or sell on in any way we are the place for you.

Trade customers are welcome to visit our showroom by appointment or you can shop online and receive a special trade discount once you have registered.

Terms & Conditions

Trade implies goods purchased are to be sold on or used within professional work

Minimum order is £150.00 of the retail prices on the website less VAT. Orders under this amount will be charged at the Retail price.

The Trade Discount is 50% of the Retail Prices shown on the website.

All prices are exclusive of VAT which is currently 20%.

European customers will need to email us a VAT number to exclude VAT. We do not charge VAT for customers outside of Europe.

Credit may be given to regular customers only, provided the order is over £75.00 Wholesale ex vat and with prior approval. We allow 30 days credit.

Orders will be charged at current parcel rates although we will cover a percentage of the cost if you spend over £100 Wholesale.

Small/lightweight orders will be charged our cheapest postage cost (eg 2nd class) although there is an option if you require quicker post for parcels to be sent 1st class.

Rates vary for Northern Ireland, UK Islands & Scottish Highlands & Overseas.

If postage cost seems high in proportion to your order we will contact you.

If you require Special Delivery or extra insurance please notify us when placing an order.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, American Express etc.

We do not operate a sale or return service, however if you are completely dissatisfied with any items received, contact us within 14 days to arrange return of goods, special orders excluded. Any postage charges will not be refunded.

Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, with a photograph of the damaged item and packaging.

Opening times are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and Saturday (by prior appointment only).
